Add a little Spice to your life as we explore Latin cuisine this evening! Though classically trained in French cuisine, Chef Danilo was born in Nicaragua and these flavours are true to his heart. We begin the evening in the Honduras with an amuse bouche of Tuna Ceviche served with Plantain Chips. Next we move to Spain for a popular dish thats sublime in it’s simplicity – Prawns al ajillo! Over to Argentina, with classic Chimichurri drizzled over NY striploin, served with Gallo Pinto – another Nicaragua dish. We’ll stay in Nicaragua for dessert with Chocolate tres Leches. Delicioso!
