I have to confess bacon is a regular resident in my fridge and although I like to tuck into bacon & eggs as much as the next person, my bacon is usually reserved for use as an ingredient in a lot of my dishes. It adds that flavour, that extra little something – to soups & sauces and without it, boeuf bourguignon just wouldn’t be the same! Well tonight, Chef Karen Barnaby is back to show us how much she loves bacon with these fabulous dishes.
