Fall is Chef Dez’s favorite time of the year: the colourful leaves, the bountiful harvest, and refreshing crisp chill in the air. Tonight’s menu will capture the best of the season. First we’ll start off with a Pumpkin and Cranberry Salad and move onto Oven Roasted Root Vegetables. The main course will be Pot Roast with Wild Mushroom Gravy served with Maple Mashed Sweet Potatoes, and then Spiced Apple Loaf for dessert!
