Fresh From the Farmer’s Market in September!
Karen Curtis is back and many of you already know her as the Kics Lemonade lady at the Coquitlam Farmer’s Market! Tonight she’s demonstrating recipes that utilize as many seasonal ingredients as possible! These recipes are not only speedy but nutritious as well. Please join us as Karen shows us her Maple Citrus Chicken Wraps; Farmer’s Sausage Bake with Crisply Roasted New Potatoes & Leeks, Penne Pasta tossed with Fresh Tomatoes, Chick Peas & Fresh Basil; Ricotta Chai Pancakes (featuring Karen’s secret ingredient -Tsampa, a Roasted Barley) served with Cinnamon Syrup; and if you still have room – Pumpkin Tiramisu!
