We’re thrilled to welcome Chef Danilo back after his busy summer to
demonstrate his specialty – French cuisine! Tonight we’ll dine on Plump
Mussels, pot steamed and “en papillote” with Shallots & Garlic,
White Wine & fresh Herbs served with a freshly baked baguette
followed by Poulet à l ‘estragon – a very traditional French dish of
Roasted Chicken Breast accompanied with a White Wine Tarragon Cream
Sauce. The piece de resistance will be Cherry Clafoutis – a classic
French dessert served with Crème Anglaise. Bon Appétit!
