indulge in Prawns with Vanilla Infused Butter; Basil Seared Scallops
with BLT Risotto; Scallops with Burnt Orange Wasabi Glaze and for the
finale – Chipotle Prawns with Pumpkin Seed Crema, Quinoa and Roasted
Corn Pilaf!
